These Terms and Conditions (“the Terms and Conditions”) govern your (“the User”) use of the website ‘Oxnames Ltd’ (“Provider”) located at the domain name https://www.oxnames.com/ (“the Website”). By accessing and using the Website, the User agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this legal notice. The User may not access, display, use, download, and/or otherwise copy or distribute Content obtained on the website for marketing and other purposes without the consent of the Provider. Oxnames Ltd is a website which provides domain registration and SSL certificates only.
By using this Website or communicating with the Provider by electronic means, the user consents and acknowledges that any and all agreements, notices, disclosures, or any other communication satisfies any legal requirement, including but not limited to the requirement that such communications should be in writing.
Website Services & Privacy
Payment on the Website, from Provider to User, will be made via Credit / debit card to the Provider when checking out, bank payments will be manually made by the customer when choosing a UK BACS payment. It is important to note that Domains provided by the Provider are strictly non-refundable. The Provider will under no circumstances issue a refund for Domains once they are registered with ICANN or Nominet. oXnames is not liable for spelling mistakes made during the checkout process.
SSL Certificates refunds
SSL certificates can be refunded within 14 days to the User if they have not been installed or activated on any websites. To request a refund or cancel the SSL certificate order you must submit a support ticket here and provide a request and reason, all refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
Auto Domain renewal
When purchasing Domain registration services through oXnames you will select to auto renew your Domain each year or to manually renew. Should you enable auto renewal when signing up you authorise oXnames to automatically process any card payments with your prior authorization when signing up. Auto renewal payments cannot be reversed and you agree to all future payments automatically being charged to the debit / credit card on file.
Failure to Provide Proper Information
The User hereby acknowledges that in the event that he/she provides any inaccurate information, or fails to update information promptly at least within seven (7) days of any change, the User will be in material breach of this Agreement, which will be sufficient cause for termination of the User’s Registration. The User further agrees that his/her failure to respond within at least fifteen (15) days to inquiries made by the Provider to the email address of the User’s Registrant, administrative, billing, or technical contact supplied to the Provider concerning the accuracy of any information related to the User’s Registration will constitute a material breach of this Agreement, which will be sufficient cause for immediate suspension or termination of the User’s Registration.
Updating of these Terms and Conditions
The Provider reserves the rights to change, modify, add or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website. It is the User’s obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions at the Website for changes or updates. The User’s continued use of this Website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the User’s acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including such changes or updates.
