oXnames Affiliate Programme — 8 September 2026

Joining and approval
Apply using your own oXnames account. Tell us where and how you will promote oXnames. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for any business applying. We review applications before enabling campaign links and may reject or suspend accounts for misleading promotions, spam, fraudulent activity or breaches of these terms.

Qualifying referrals
An approved affiliate can earn one commission for a genuinely new paying customer whose first qualifying oXnames order is attributed to their campaign link. The visitor must choose to allow the referral cookie. The first accepted referral remains valid for 30 days. Deleted or declined cookies, a different browser or device, or an expired referral may prevent attribution. We do not guarantee attribution without a valid referral record.

Rewards
The standard one-off reward is £50 for each eligible new customer. The current eligible product list and any product-specific rewards are displayed in Knox. One order containing several eligible products earns the highest qualifying product reward, not a reward for every product. Renewals earn no further commission. Customers who have previously paid oXnames, including customers with refunded earlier purchases, do not qualify. Self-referrals, domain registrations or renewals, add-ons and non-GBP orders do not qualify. A qualifying first invoice must be paid and have a positive payment received. Any minimum first-payment requirement shown beside the product applies before tax.

Holding period and payouts
Commission is held for 45 days after it is recorded. It becomes available after invoice and order checks. You can request a payout when at least £25 is available. We review requests and arrange payment details securely. Payment is not automatic; a request is not confirmation that money has been transferred. You are responsible for taxes applicable to your affiliate income and for supplying any invoice or payment information reasonably needed to pay you.

Refunds and review
Unpaid, cancelled or fraudulent orders and any partial or full refund may reverse the associated commission. If an affected reward has already been paid, it is flagged for review and further payouts may be held while we resolve it with you. Do not arrange duplicate accounts or purchases to generate commission. Payment and identity irregularities can require additional checks.

Promotion standards
Clearly tell people when a link is an affiliate link and you may earn a commission. Use accurate descriptions and current published prices and offers. Do not promise guaranteed business results, rankings or unadvertised discounts. Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, place tracking cookies without the visitor's choice, impersonate oXnames, or bid on oXnames brand terms or use our name in domains without written permission. Keep supplied logos unaltered and in proportion. You remain responsible for having permission to use any mailing list or promotional space.

Records and changes
Knox records your application, acceptance of these terms, campaign activity, attributed orders, rewards and payouts. Referred customers' personal contact details are not disclosed in your affiliate dashboard. Expired referral tokens are removed after an additional 90 days; financial and programme records are retained for administration and accounting.
