Yes. Your domain can remain registered with its existing provider. You only need to update the relevant mail DNS records when the new mailboxes are ready. Contact our team before changing DNS if you also need help moving existing messages.

The required authentication records depend on where your DNS is hosted. Knox provides the service details and our support team can help you add or verify SPF, DKIM and DMARC records so your domain is configured correctly.

IMAP keeps mail synchronised between the server and every connected device, so it is the recommended option for most customers. POP3 normally downloads messages to one device and is better suited to older, single-device workflows.
