Security first. Never include account passwords, card details or authentication codes in a support ticket.
FOLLOW THESE STEPS
Make the change in Knox
Work through each step in order. Keep this guide open in another tab if that is easier.

Open Security from the Knox sidebar.

Choose Enable two-factor authentication.
- 3
Scan the QR code with a trusted authenticator app.

Enter the current code and store recovery codes somewhere safe.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Check that it worked
Knox shows two-factor authentication as enabled and provides recovery codes.
IF IT DOES NOT LOOK RIGHT
Try this before contacting support
If a code is rejected, check automatic date and time on the phone and enter the newest six-digit code.
