Use the verified email address attached to your oXnames account. Keep access to that inbox because security links may expire.
Security first. Never include account passwords, card details or authentication codes in a support ticket.

Make the change in Knox
Work through each step in order. Keep this guide open in another tab if that is easier.

Choose Email history from the Knox sidebar.

Search or browse messages by date and subject.
- 3
Select a message to open it in the secure viewer.
- 4
Email history contains account communications and not the contents of hosted mailboxes.

Selecting a subject opens the complete message in the secure Knox viewer.
