FOLLOW THESE STEPS
Make the change in Knox
Work through each step in order. Keep this guide open in another tab if that is easier.

Open My services and select the hosting package.

Choose Open cPanel in Website control centre.

Knox requests a short-lived secure session from the assigned server.

The session opens cPanel without displaying or transmitting your hosting password.

A new tab opens cPanel on the server assigned to that specific hosting account.

Try this before contacting support
Allow pop-ups for knox.oxnames.com. The secure session expires quickly, so request a new one rather than bookmarking the cPanel session URL.
