Create and manage a mailbox
Add an address, set its storage quota and update its password.

Get the right details ready
Have the full mailbox address and its mailbox password ready. The password may be different from your Knox account password.
Security first. Never include account passwords, card details or authentication codes in a support ticket.
FOLLOW THESE STEPS
Make the change in Knox
Work through each step in order. Keep this guide open in another tab if that is easier.

Open the Email hosting service in Knox.

Choose Create mailbox and enter the address name.
- 3
Set an appropriate quota and a strong unique password.
- 4
Use the mailbox actions to change quota, password, suspension or deletion.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Check that it worked
The new address appears in the mailbox list and can sign in at webmail.oxnames.com.
IF IT DOES NOT LOOK RIGHT
Try this before contacting support
Use only the part before @ in the mailbox-name field and keep within the mailbox count and storage included with the plan.
