WHERE TO GO IN YOUR ACCOUNTKnox > Domains > Select domain > Contact information
Get the right details ready
Check that you selected the correct domain. DNS and contact changes can affect websites and email, so keep a copy of the current values before editing them.
Security first. Never include account passwords, card details or authentication codes in a support ticket.
FOLLOW THESE STEPS
Make the change in Knox
Work through each step in order. Keep this guide open in another tab if that is easier.
- 1
Open the domain and choose Contact information.
- 2
Review the registrant, administrative and technical details.
- 3
Update inaccurate information and save changes.
- 4
Some registry changes require verification or additional review.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Check that it worked
Knox submits the new registrant details and shows any registry verification requirement.
IF IT DOES NOT LOOK RIGHT
Try this before contacting support
Check every value for spaces or typing mistakes. If Knox rejects a valid value, leave the existing settings in place and ask support to check the registry response.
